Privacy, Payment, Shipping, Refunds and Return Policy
Climbing Bolt Supplies Limited will collect customer's names, contact details, order details, shipping address in the normal course of business.
We will only share the above information when required to do so by legal process. We reserve the right to refuse goods and/or services should we believe that your actions violate applicable laws, any usage guidelines for specific products or services, or threaten the rights, property, or safety of our company, our users, or others.
We do not store credit card numbers and will not divulge your personal information for marketing purposes.
Prices displayed online are in Hong Kong dollars.
We reserve the right to amend pricing subject to foreign exchange rate variations.
All payments are to be made in Hong Kong dollars. Orders will be shipped once payment is received.
We accept all major credit and debit cards; online payments are handled via our secure payment processing partners PayPal. You may also pay by direct bank transfer.
We accept Apple Pay, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Bank Deposit for payment.

It is the responsibility of all customers to ensure that the invoiced amount is paid in full to Climbing Bolt Supplies Ltd. Bank fees both domestic and/or international are the responsibility of the customer. Climbing Bolt Supplies Ltd reserves the right to withhold orders or to deduct the equivalent value of invoiced goods should the received amount be reduced by the payee's financial institution.
Special Order Items
We are happy to supply items ordered specifically to customer special requirements. In this case we will confirm the price, carriage charge and expected delivery time. Special order items must be paid for in full before dispatch.
Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) the same day excluding days that fall on a public holiday.
Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following business day.
Please alert us should you require expedited delivery so we can provide you with alternate options including any relevant charges.
Please ensure that your address is complete! That includes any building names, business names, apartment numbers, postal code and a mobile phone number (required for Fedex shipments) or other information of your postal address. Climbing Bolt Supplies will not be liable for the return of shipments and/or damaged goods arising from incorrect shipping address details.
You are recommended to ensure that someone who is authorised to receive your goods will be at the delivery address. We reserve the right to withhold shipments should the delivery address appear to be incorrect or lacking any required information to process your order.
We appreciate that customers may be based in remote locations however shipping to non residential or business locations such as hotels can result in failed deliveries. Should you require a delivery location such as a hotel then please discuss the arrangements with us. We will not ship to a PO Box.
We use Hong Kong Post or Federal Express for deliveries. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking reference.
Hong Kong does not impose tariffs on our products therefore online prices will not be subject to after sales tax. Please note however that you may be subject to importation duties depending on the country your goods will be imported to. Climbing Bolt Supplies is not liable for any such importation duties.
Refunds for cancelled online orders are issued within 10 working days.
Returns for credit or exchange
You are welcome to return your purchase within 7 days after you have received your order, should you change your mind or are not happy with the product received and we will either credit your account (valid for 30 days) or exchange the goods with alternate products.
Refunds are not possible for special order / custom made products.
We do not refund any PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) sold by Climbing Bolt Supplies Limited.
All returned items would be refunded only if:
- You have contacted us by email to request a credit / exchange within 7 days upon receiving your order.
- The order is received by us unused and in the original packaging.
- The sender must pay all carriage charges when returning items unless the product is faulty.
- The amount refunded will be for the returned item (s) only and will exclude any delivery charges that were incurred during the original order.
- Product must be in original condition.
- A traceable shipping method should be used when shipping your product back to us.
Climbing Bolt Supplies Limited will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged merchandise inbound to us.
